Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers must contact us before sending any return.

Personalized Or Special-Order Items

Personalized, special-order, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
